Director

John's career has spanned a number of professional interests, including philanthropy, human rights, higher education and industrial relations. He has worked for one of Australia's leading corporate trustee companies, managing some of Australia's most influential philanthropic foundations.

Specialising in organisational capacity building, major projects were developed in the areas of social housing, child protection, disability and the Arts. Other professional roles included leadership of an influential social justice organisation promoting and protecting human rights, university lecturer and industrial organiser.

John is the current Chief Executive Officer of Principles for Social Investment Secretariat, an initiative of the United Nations Global Compact. In a voluntary capacity, he is a Director of the Council for Homeless Persons.

Head Of Philanthropic Giving

Cynthia heads the philanthropic team and is a source of inspiration for everyone in our office. She has years of experience and has done a lot of hard work for charities in Australia and all across the globe.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and continued her studies with a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of Australia. She has volunteered with many charities globally and worked with the support staff there to understand the operational facilities of each charity.

She helps philanthropists and families give to the causes they are interested in and helps them understand the impact they are making on people’s lives. Her philosophy is to help you give back to society and feel rewarded for creating a social impact.

Chief Financial Advisor

Jessica is our chief financial advisor and heads a team of financial assistants who will help you invest your funds wisely and strategically in charitable organisations. She has over ten years of experience in corporate investments and has worked as an investment advisor in Australia and New Zealand as well.

Jessica did her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Melbourne University and then continued her studies with a Masters in Social Investment from the University of Sydney.

She has immense experience in strategic fund investment for charities and will help you find the best grant options and investment schemes for your fund giving. Jessica will help you get the most out of all your financial contributions by creating revenues for charities and setting up long-term investment schemes that benefit you.

Marketing Head

Tim is the head of marketing operations and has a steady marketing staff who help in all social marketing decisions. He has worked as a marketing advisor for many social firms and has also helped IT-focused marketing agencies.

Tim has done his Bachelors in English and did a Masters in Social Marketing from Melbourne University. His immense IT knowledge has helped our company prosper with executive marketing decisions for both the givers and the receivers.

He aims to resource the best charities and spread the word about philanthropy to the masses. Tim has a solid interest in social media strategies and has worked hard to make the company shine on social platforms to inform more and more people about how they can help give back to society.
